For the first time in my life, I am on my own. I am living in a quiet, peaceful space that belongs only to me. And for the first time in my life... I am free. This isn't a freedom I was given. It's a freedom I had to claw back, piece by piece, from a lifetime spent in a prison I didn't even know I was in. A prison built by narcissists—family, partners, authorities—who had written the rules of my existence since birth. I'm sharing this because my freedom isn't just for me. It's a blueprint. It's proof.
