2.22.2026 Inspirational Talk @victoriatruthcentre [ https://www.victoriatruthcentre.org] Where Are You Falling Short? | Rev. Lesia | Conscious Living, Alignment & Spiritual Discipline In this deeply personal and spiritually grounded message, Rev. Lesia explores a question born not from theory — but lived experience: Where am I falling short? The reflection begins during morning meditation on Insight Timer, when a quote from Marcus Aurelius appears: “Do every act of your life as though it were the last.” Rather than urgency, it sparks a deeper inquiry: What if it’s not about living as though this moment is the last — but living each moment consciously and fully? Referencing a post by Michael Hunter of Upspiral Life, Rev. Lesia questions our obsession with longevity. Why focus on living longer if we’re not fully living now? More time without awareness may simply mean more unconsciousness. This insight connects to a 90-day commitment she made in Nashville — to spend money consciously. Soon, that expanded: What if we spent our time consciously? Our energy consciously? Our attention consciously? Then, in a humbling turn, she shares what happened during her first 9D breathwork facilitation since her June collision. Just before beginning, she fell — injuring her ankle and arm. Swelling and pain became a real-time teaching moment. Not denial. Not bypassing. But focus. “Yes, this is happening. And I am not the swelling. I am not the pain. I am infinite potential expressing as love.” Drawing from Louise Hay, she reflects on metaphysical symbolism — yet the deeper revelation wasn’t about the body. It was about falling short. Falling short of self-care. Of courageous action. Of fully expressing the creative life she knows she is here to live. At the root? The fear of wasting her life. This message becomes a grounded teaching on affirmative prayer. Referencing Ernest Holmes and Thomas Troward, she outlines four essential elements of spiritual practice: – Feeling (the activating force) – Faith (deep trust in unseen reality) – Alignment (conscious and subjective mind congruent) – Practice (daily disciplined commitment) Tending the soul is not a luxury. It is a discipline. Quoting Matsuo Basho — “Every day is a journey, and the journey itself is home.” — she reminds us we are not trying to become something. We already are the infinite. The work is self-revelation. 💫 This message explores: – Longevity vs. conscious living – How unconscious patterns repeat – Awareness as the doorway to change – The power of focus during challenge – Alignment in affirmative prayer – Why practice builds resilience Rev. Lesia leaves us with powerful reflection: – Where am I falling short? – What am I afraid to change? – Am I tending my soul with commitment? – What would it mean to live fully revealed as love — now? This talk isn’t about self-criticism. It’s about awareness. Because once we see clearly — we can choose differently. ✨ May this message support you in living intentionally and stepping forward as the infinite being you already are. And so it is.
