Many of the clients you may serve could have autism but we provide behavioral therapy to all children and adults that need therapy. One of the marvelous aspects of this job is that everyday will always be different and you will have new challenges. Whether working in the clinic, home, school, or via telehealth you can take pride in making a difference in your community. In the process you will come to know and understand all the facets of being a behavior technician, as well as see other roles (clinicians, supervisors, doctors) that might help you narrow your career path. Most team members work a minimum of 15 hours which makes this a great first step in your career. As you progress there are many opportunities for more hours and career advancement.
