Torus B305 Preform Inspection Gauge UV & Colour Measurement Module

With a part to part cycle time of 10 seconds, the B305 gauge enables cavity and tool traceability on Weight, Dimensions, Internal Diameter, Body contaminations, Gate and Seal inspections, Polarised light and now Colour and UV measurement. Part data can be read directly from the injection machine and output electronically into various process control software’s. Intelligent failure sorting routines eliminate operators searching through defects refocussing the use of manpower so that production processes can function at maximum efficiency.
