Listen to this powerful breathwork session for clarity, energy and insights! This style of deep, fast and circular breathing has some amazing benefits for the body and mind. The session features follow-along breaths, background beats, breath holds and solfeggio frequencies for a pretty intense experience. Please read this before you start the session to get the most out of it…… Choose a quiet and comfortable space where you will not be disturbed. Have a glass of water nearby, and close your eyes for a deeper experience. Always draw the breath deep down into the belly rather than just the chest. This type of breathwork can encourage the natural release of DMT. You may experience tingles, changes in temperature, visions, colours, sounds, tastes, messages and more. This is all normal…just allow it to flow through you and enjoy it! If it feels like it’s too much at any time, simply come back to your natural breathing then return to the guided breathwork whenever you feel ready. Afterwards, take your time to come back, stand up slowly, and drink lots of water. It’s also nice to journal or meditate after this session. Please don’t do this if you are pregnant - I have some more gentle breathwork sessions you can try such as Calming Breathing, or Breathwork and Chill. For a breathwork challenge, practice this every morning for the next seven days. This is one of my favourite styles of breathwork! It's perfect for when you need a quick pick-me-up.
