Aujourd'hui, nous sortons du monde de la forge, pour passer à celui de la coutellerie par enlèvement de matière, avec ce modèle de couteau pliant à cran plat : La lame est fabriquée en acier carbone 26c3, avec Hamon Le ressort est en acier carbone 80crv2 Les éléments d'assemblage (platines, rivets, axe) sont en inox z8c17 Le stop pin et le passe-dragonne en acier inox trempé (440C) Et enfin le couteau est monté sur des rondelles en bronze béryllium, qui aide à la fluidité lors de la manipulation.
