Marsha is a global award-winning inclusion culture expert, with a passion for driving change in the built environment and engineering sectors. Her book Building Inclusion: Practical Guide to Inclusion in Architecture & the Built Environment, is being published by Routledge in August this year. Her best-practice solutions are rooted in CQ – cultural intelligence – the behavioural capability to work and relate effectively across difference. She was the inaugural Director of Inclusion and Diversity at the Royal Institute of British Architects, before which she had a 30-year career in broadcasting, including 20 years at the BBC.
