Road rage shooter gets 10 years in prison for paralyzing Washington man

A judge in King County Superior Court sentenced a man to 10 years in prison for a freeway shooting that paralyzed a driver. Francisco Castro-Guzman, 21, of Federal Way, pleaded guilty earlier this month to charges of assault, drive-by shooting, and unlawful possession of a firearm. The charges stem from a 2023 shooting on I-5 in SeaTac when Castro-Guzman opened fire from inside his Audi sedan.
