Dave Alternators races for Re-Volting with the number 84 in the Piston Cup during the events of the first Cars movie. He certainly does love to race, but the reason he's never won before is because he's not very competitive, and can often be seen letting other cars pass him while on the track. Mattel has released Dave quite a few times in the past, first available as an exclusive die-cast in a 2008 4-pack, and then again the following year as a single with rubber tires. He was finally re-released in 2016, then again in 2019, 2020, and 2022, now being a Thailand-made variant. #disneycars #pistoncup #racing
