Hydraulic Hose Replacement - New Holland 820TL Loader

A quick video on how to change the socket on the central control valve on a New Holland TN75DA farm tractor equipped with a 820TL loader. My hydraulic hose had burst and I could not get the male hose end (plug in coupling) disconnected from the central control valve socket. I ended up removing the socket and replacing it with a new one from New Holland. I cut the hose in 2 at the burst location and wired the male end of the new hose in-line to the cut end that leads to the control valve assembly. I pulled the old hose out about 1 foot at the control valve end and then pushed the new hose in about 1 foot at the other end back and forth until the new hose was through the loader arm assembly. I found the job pretty straight forward, it probably took about 1 hour.
