❄️ What started as a snowy disaster turned into one of the most unexpected and incredible days of mountain biking! 🚵‍♂️ The plan was to tackle a mountain ride, but after getting the car stuck in the snow, I had to change course. Instead, I ended up riding the historic Keswick to Threlkeld railway trail, a scenic route packed with rich history, stunning views, and a perfect mix of adventure. I even turned it into a little Keswick to Threlkeld tour, extending the ride to Portinscale to enjoy the best of the Lake District’s landscapes! 🌄 The day only got better from there. I stopped at Friar’s Crag, an iconic viewpoint offering some of the best vistas in the Lake District. The stunning views over Derwentwater were absolutely breathtaking and made the change of plans completely worthwhile. ✈️ And just when I thought the surprises were over, I witnessed F-35 Eagles flying by—an unforgettable moment that capped off an epic adventure.
