This is part 4 of building out the subfloor. Continuing from part 3, I drill out the framing to install rivnuts for attaching the removable plywood subfloor. Then I ran into a issue with the PolyIso insulation delaminating causes a noisy subfloor. I ended up replaced the PolyIso with XPS foam, which solved all issues.
