Foam Forging a Templar Iron Man Shield

What good would my Templar Iron Man be without his shield? In this video I show you how I made my custom Templar shield out of 6 mm and 4 mm EVA (specifically What The Foam from Cosplay Apprentice), Foam Armory's EVA foam scale mail, leather belt, small piece of acrylic, Chicago screws and washers, contact cement, super glue, Plasti Dip, spray paint, shoe polish, rub-n-buff, and some Plaid FX acrylic paints. You may also need the following tools: a heat gun, a Dremel with various bits, and an Xacto knife or box cutter.
