Fallout 4 - Covenant Settlement Build Tour

This is a settlement build tour at Covenant from my most recent lightly modded Fallout 4 playthrough, using only vanilla and DLC objects (with a little help from Place Everywhere) with some additional assets being spawned using console commands. This is a small farming and trading settlement allied with the Minutemen and acts as a small rest stop for caravans travelling between the larger northern settlements and downtown Boston. The main existing settlement area is largely untouched, except for the house with the office and prison cell being converted into a bar and kitchen. The settlement is expanded along the roadside outside its main gate, and acts as a courtyard and marketplace along with an additional home. Was not planning on building here as you are normally very limited in what you can do, and the existing settlement is pretty much already complete once you unlock it. After looking in the Creation Kit I found that a part of the area along the roadside is classed as part of the settlement, even though it’s not within the standard build borders. This allows you to assign settlers to stores and guard posts built there and so decided to see what I could do with it. Apart from my save file breaking halfway through (which resulted in flying cars and teleporting settlers – thankfully I remember to save often in Bethesda games 🤣) had a lot of fun with this little side project, and really pleased with how it turned out.
