The ARISE Study is a clinical trial evaluating solengepras (CVN424), an investigational oral medication for people with Parkinson’s Disease. Sponsored by Cerevance, the study is focused on reducing “off” time—when symptoms return despite medication—and increasing “on” time without dyskinesia.
