Today, I’m showing you how to make Smash Birger patties frozen for ramadan – a delicious, easy, and flavorful dish that you can prepare at home in just 40 minutes . Whether you’re cooking for family, friends, or just treating yourself, this recipe will surely impress. Makes 20 patties. 🔪 Ingredients You’ll Need: Smash burger patties (make & store): Mince (queema) 1 kg Omelete whisked with salt & pepper 3 eggs (anday) Eggs (anday) 2 Bread crumps 3 bread slices Salt (namak) 1 tbsp or as required Red chilli powder (Laal mirch powder)1 tbsp Kasuri methi 1 tbsp Chilli flakes (kuti lal mirch) 3/4 tbsp White pepper powder (safeed mirch powder) 1/2 tbsp Black pepper powder (kaali mirch powder) 1/2 tbsp Chapli kebab masala 1 tbsp Garlic, ginger & Green chilies paste (Lahsan, Adrak & Hari mirch paste) 1 tbsp each Frying: Oil as required for Shallow fry Mince ball Baking paper (Square shape) Cheese slices Assemble: Burger bun Burger sauce Iceberg Double Patty Caramelized onions Burger sauce 🔥 Step-by-step instructions: (Make & Store) – Step-by-Step Instructions 🔹 Step 1: Prepare the Binding Take 3 bread slices and tear them into small pieces. 🔹 Step 2: Add Mince Add 1 kg mince (qeema) to the egg–bread mixture. 3 whisked eggs (omelette-style) with salt & pepper 2 whole eggs 🔹 Step 3: Add Spices & Aromatics Add the following: Salt – 1 tbsp or to taste Red chilli powder – 1 tbsp Kasuri methi – 1 tbsp (crushed) Chilli flakes – 3/4 tbsp White pepper powder – 1/2 tbsp Black pepper powder – 1/2 tbsp Chapli kebab masala – 1 tbsp Garlic paste – 1 tbsp Ginger paste – 1 tbsp Green chilli paste – 1 tbsp Mix everything lightly until evenly combined. Taste test by cooking 1 at this time 🔹 Step 4: Shape & Store Patties Make balls with any cracks in it otherwise it will break. Press lightly to flatten. Flat is as much as possible without any cracks in it by pressing it hard with hands and then place in on baking paper and then put it in freezer to freeze overnight 🔥 Cooking (Smash & Fry) 🔹 Step 5: Fry the Patties Heat a pan with oil for shallow frying. Place the smash burger patty Flip and cook the other side. Place cheese slice on top and cover briefly to melt. 🍔 Burger Assembly 🔹 Step 6: Assemble the Burger Toast burger buns lightly. Spread burger sauce on the bottom bun. Add iceberg lettuce. Place one patty, then another (double patty). Add caramelized onions. Spread burger sauce on the top bun.
