Roast sesame seeds on low flame till golden brown. Remove and keep aside. 2. Grind together jaggery and roasted sesame seeds to a powder. 3. Add cardamom or elaichi powder. 4. Mix well and make medium sized balls out of this mixture (you can make nearly 6 balls from this mixture). 5. Add wheat flour to another bowl. 6. Add 1/4th teaspoon salt and mix well. 7. Adding required amount of water, gather to form a thick or firm dough. 8. Knead well and divide into 6 equal portions. 9. Using dry flour, roll out each portion into a small round bread. 10. Apply 1/2 teaspoon oil or clarified butter to the flattened bread. 11. Place the ball made out of ground jaggery and sesame seeds at the centre. 12. Gather the edges, seal and press lightly to flatten. 13. Roll out through the sealed side as it has more of dough. 14. Use dry flour as per the requirement to prevent breaking of this bread or roti. 15. Also apply some dry flour over the top of the roti/bread to prevent oozing out of the stuff while heating. 16. Add this roti to a pre-heated pan. 17. When one side is one-fourth cooked, cook the other side and apply 1/2 tablespoon oil or clarified butter to the side facing you. 18. Flip and add oil to this side as well. 19. Cook till you see brown spots on both the sides. Til Gud Ki Roti is ready. Enjoy!
