On the island of Karpathos in Greece, I meet Vaggelis, a beekeeper who manages over 600 hives scattered across the island. We visit the beehives on Lastos mountain and follow the process from the field all the way to honey extraction. With thyme, pine, rosemary, and wildflowers growing across the island, the bees have a wide range of plants to feed on.
