The ashram is dedicated to the teachings of Yogiraj Shyamacharan Lahiri and is renowned for its unique architecture and tranquil environment. ​The ashram's architecture is a harmonious blend of Rajasthani and South Indian temple styles. The main temple appears to emerge from a water reservoir, connected to the entrance by a bridge reminiscent of the Golden Temple.
