BK Talks: We matter. Designing the inclusive world

Two members of the student association Stylos, Yael von Mengden and Sem van den Eijnde, will moderate a discussion about the role of design professions in the fabrication of a more equalitarian, diverse and inclusive city and, by extension, a more equalitarian, diverse and inclusive world. Given that the fabrication of the city is a political act, the panel will open the conversation about the inclusive city to students, academics, design professionals, users and policy makers. Held every Thursday evening throughout the academic year, the Public Programs include the BK Talks and the Berlage Keynotes, as well exhibitions, workshops, seminars and colloquia. These events are aimed at connecting our faculty, students and scholars with the myriad disciplines and cultures that shape our world, with an eye towards cultivating public activities beyond the Delft Campus. The Public Programs build the Faculty’s relationships with allied institutions and the scholarly community at large.
