Martyna Kosecka - Hypertexture for video and quadraphonic electronics(2020) Hypertexture for video and quadraphonic electronics is a tribute to all afflicted with the problem of tinnitus. Kosecka experienced this issue herself with the beginning of the pandemic in March 2020 and spent several months recovering from the hard impact it made on her hearing capability. Tinnitus, the perception of noise and the high pitched ringing in the ears is the problem of almost twenty percent of humankind. It most commonly reveals itself in the face of stress or fear. Hypertexture realistically simulates tinnitus audio sensations and mixes its distorting shape over the sonic and visual layer.
