The Problem We're Solving: In any professional setting, valuable time is lost manually transcribing notes and tracking follow-up tasks. Atok AI automates this entire workflow, acting as an intelligent partner that captures, understands, and acts on your conversations. Key Features Demonstrated: 1. Intelligent Transcription: Seamlessly records and transcribes meetings into structured notes. 2. Autonomous Agent (Atok Agent): Leverages Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to answer questions and provide summaries based on your meeting history. 3. Proactive Task Generation: Autonomously identifies action items from dialogue and creates tasks in a built-in Kanban board. 4. External Tool Integration: Utilizes an MCP (Master Control Program) extension system to connect and execute tasks in external services like GitHub, Google Calendar, and Notion. Built with AWS. Strands SDK: Used to orchestrate the complex agentic workflows, enabling our agent to reason, use external tools, and execute tasks autonomously. 5. Amazon RDS: Provides a scalable and managed relational database for storing core user data, notes, and tasks securely. 6. Amazon App Runner: Provides a simple and fast way to deploy our containerized backend API, ensuring the service is scalable and highly available.
