On May 29, 2025, dedicated practitioners gathered in Gellik, Belgium for an intensive Ki-Mu workshop led by Kim Jeong Seong. During this seminar, we refined Kibon Ki-Mu, explored deeper connection with internal energy, and trained methods to calm the nervous system and optimize health through Keonkang Ki-Mu. Assisted by Sterre van Etten, Li Schlüter and Frank Heininga this workshop offered valuable insights for colored belts and black belts training within the Jinyoung Ssangkum Ryu lineage of Haedong Kumdo.
