Dough: ✔Risen dough starter. ✔Eggs — 3 pcs. ✔Melted butter — 60 g. ✔Sugar — 200 g. ✔Vanilla sugar — 1 packet (optional). ✔Salt — a pinch. ✔Flour — 450 g. Glaze: ✔Condensed milk — 150 g. ✔Dry cream — 100 g. ✔Powdered sugar — 40 g. ✔Lemon juice — 1 tbsp. ✔A lot of love and good mood (mandatory). 🕒 Bake at t 180°C/356 F for about 30 minutes. The exact baking time depends on the characteristics of your oven. ❗Notes ❗ ✅Depending on the quality and type of flour, you may need a little more or a little less. Knead the dough very soft, do not overload it with flour. Such dough takes a long time to knead, gradually becoming elastic and no longer sticking to your hands. ✅I used 33% fat cream, but you can also use 20%. ✅The dough starter is needed in this recipe to properly activate the yeast. The more rich ingredients in the dough, and the fattier it is, the worse it will rise. But that’s how it should be. Fat is heavy, and carbon dioxide cannot form in large volumes in such a heavy dough. Don’t be alarmed if the dough doesn’t rise well. This is what gives the dough that dense yet soft texture, similar to cake batter. ✅You can add raisins, dried fruits, or dried berries to such Easter cakes. I showed the basic version. ✅The amount of sugar in the dough can be adjusted to your taste. I think the specified amount of sugar is optimal — the Easter cakes turn out sweet but not cloying. ✅From the specified amount of dough, I got 4 Easter cakes, in molds with a diameter of 11 cm (1 pc.) and 9 cm (3 pcs.). ✅The glaze turns out glossy, dries quickly, and does not crumble. You need to work with it quickly. Apply it to the already cooled Easter cakes and immediately sprinkle each cake (if you are decorating), otherwise, after a few minutes, the sprinkles will stick poorly. ✅I ended up with more glaze than needed. This amount is enough for 6-7 Easter cakes of the same size. ✅When mixing the glaze ingredients, it may initially seem that the mixture is too dry and difficult to stir. But do not add any liquid; it will gradually reach the desired consistency. If the glaze seems too runny, you can add a little more dry cream. You can mix it with a manual whisk; using a mixer is not necessary. RECIPE №2 🔹Ingredients🔹 ✔Milk (warm) 200 ml. ✔Yeast — 7 g dry or 20 g fresh. ✔Sugar — 150 g or to taste. ✔Vanilla — to taste. ✔Salt — 1/3 tsp. ✔Egg — 1 pc. ✔Odorless vegetable oil — 100 ml. ✔Wheat flour — 450 g (+/- 50 g) ✔Raisins — 120-150 g. For the glaze: ✔White chocolate — 80 g. ✔Milk — 2 tbsp. ✔Butter — 10 g. ✔A lot of love and good mood (mandatory). 🕒 Bake at t 180°C/356 F for about 25 minutes. The exact baking time depends on the characteristics of your oven. ❗Notes ❗ ✅ From the specified amount of ingredients, I got 4 Easter cakes, in molds with a diameter of 7 and 9 cm. ✅Depending on the size of the egg and the quality of the flour, you may need a little more or less. The dough should be very soft but also elastic, pulling away from the hands. Do not add too much flour, or the dough will be heavier and rise poorly. ✅You can adjust the amount of sugar in the Easter cakes to your taste. With the specified amount of sugar, the dough turns out sweet but not cloying. ✅You can also use other dried fruits or candied fruits instead of raisins. You can choose not to add anything. ✅Make any glaze you like. I just showed a version with white chocolate. This glaze sets within an hour, it dries, does not crack, does not crumble, but may smear under strong pressure. Overall, it’s a very good quick glaze option. 👉 FRIENDS, IF YOU LIKED THE VIDEO AND THE RECIPE WAS USEFUL, YOU CAN HELP THE CHANNEL: ❤️ SHARE this video with friends on your social networks. ❤️ RATE my video!
