Neglect of Animal Husbandry (13:07-13:19): Villagers also mention difficulties in caring for their livestock due to a lack of proper shelters (gaushalas) and no access to animal feed (pashu aahar) or government schemes like the "Mukhyamantri Ghasari Yojana."
