Is there a framework that we can adopt to work towards the goal of data liberation? What role, if any, should regulatory organizations (such as the FDA) play in protecting and freeing data? What platform should freed data be hosted on? This session will convene a diverse group of experts to answer these questions, and come up with more as we address the growing importance of data in health care.
