That goodness and love is revealed and demonstrated to us by Jesus Christ His Son and all that He did for us. When we see his goodness and love it changes our hearts. We no longer love our sins and vain pleasure seeking. We are won over to love God and Jesus back and that change of heart makes us a different person. We no longer struggle with sin.
