A critical case of Ischioanal abscess with fistula in Ano Treated By Dr. VB Mishra Prayagraj Patient consulted Dr. VB Mishra sir on 19-12-2020 for swelling in anal verge, constipation, mucus etc. and diagnosed Grd II Piles with (IBS/Colitis). Patient was assured that grd II Piles could be successfully cured by conservative treatment i.e. by medicines only, there is no need of operation. Unfortunately, patient got confused by someone and taken Sclerotherapy (Injections) in Pune and developed Pilonidal sinus and ischioanal abscess as complications.
