Today is a beautiful day in Portugal, and we are making it productive by collecting pinecones. We head to a cozy forest near Lourinha Dinosaur Park, just 15 minutes from home. On weekends, to reduce screen time, we plans outings to ensure the kids have fun and stay active. Initially, the kids didn't want to go out, but they soon enjoyed playing games while collecting pinecones. They also found mushrooms and spotted colorful butterflies. Back home, we used the pinecones to light a fire and warm the house, which was a unique experience since we never needed a fireplace in Dubai.
