Chuckles was the GI Joe Classified San Diego Comic Con exclusive, and is advertised as a deluxe release. There's a fancy box, some curious accessories, and exclusive availability. I was fortunate to have order the figure through the awesome InDemandToys here in the UK, who import their figures, meaning I got my hands on this cheeky GI Joe a bit ahead of the curve. This is a THOROUGH review. It will involve a brief unboxing of Chuckles, an overall view of the figure, and then some detailed thoughts around his aesthetic, articulation, and accessories.
