Level/Class 1 - Men's Yoga Challenge For Beginners - With Joa Gomez

Welcome to Class 1 of Warrior Addict’s Men’s Yoga Challenge 2021. Taught by world-class yoga teacher trainer Joa Gomez this men’s yoga challenge is designed to get you from a complete yoga beginner to a yoga pro (well almost) in just three months! The challenge starts with this first class and finishes at the end of March 2021. We will be releasing a yoga class every two weeks on Warrior Addict's YouTube channel. Each class is 45 minutes long and the classes will get progressively harder throughout the challenge. Please complete Class 1 as many times as you are able to until you feel comfortable with this class and are confident to progress to Class 2 Subscribe to our channel and set you alarm so that you don’t miss out on the next class.
