Thank you for watching! EDITING NOTES: This month started out with fish pairing off or schooling up. Lookdowns, sharks, tarpons, snooks, cowfish, porcupines, bait balls, and even a porkfish and yellowjack paired up. Bad weather brought in severe rough water for almost two weeks and not much was seen besides crabs, crabs, and more crabs. But when the waters cleared, the cobia duo were one of the first finds. Another awesome find was the fireworms. We have only seen them at night, and this time we caught them during the day. But the day sighting wasn’t the best part – there were two of them! The music is based on a request of Jazz from the chat. I am not going to lie; I don’t know much about jazz, and that was a challenge as I find it to be a tad slow, and I really wanted some spunk in the mix. Visually, a lot was going on in my head, so it starts with the sultry jazz, followed by swing, then a sneaky detective jazz vibe (perfect for blennies to sneak about), and more swing (insert jazz hands 🤗). At this point – to say I went a bit overboard with the music is an understatement, but when you see the lookdown tails shimming with the music, you can’t help but shake it with them.
