Day 2 – La Pineda and Salou | Costa Dorada | Spain

It is the first day of out holiday and we head out to the beautiful coastal towns of La Pineda and Salou. We have unexpected road block in La Pineda and see some different menu items at McDonalds in Salou We flew from Doncaster Airport on what is likely to be our last flight from there before it closes. We take a TUI flight on a brand new Boeing B-Max making our way to Reus Airport in Spain for our weeks holiday on the Costa Dorada. We are staying in Cap Salou at the Hotel Cala Font, a hotel we have been too before but which has had a room renovation. This 7 day holiday sees us visit the Spain and the Costa Dorada. As ever we get out and about with this holiday seeing us visit Tarragona, Salou, Cambrils, La Pineda, Barcelona, Valencia, Sitges and the monastery at Montserrat. ----------------------------------------------------------------------- Hey Everyone!! Based on the Yorkshire / Derbyshire border, we are a TRAVEL Channel visiting both the hottest tourist spots as well as those destinations less frequently seen. While we do love to visit the big theme parks, historical buildings, museums and the outdoors in the UK, Europe & the USA (we are trying to visit as many US states as possible).
