An Indian farmers harvest grapes using scissors in Vineyard for Kishmish in India. Labours transport grapes from vineyard and washed grapes in chemical water to protect grapes from insect attacks. Then a group of woman drys grapes on trays under the sun. During this time, the moisture content of the grape is reduced from 75% to under 15% and the colour of the fruit changes to a brownish purple. The dried grapes are emptied out onto wire screens and shaken to remove dirt and other unwanted debris. Finally, raisin are packed in Kissan cartoon box.
