When God came to us in Christ, he came to set the world right, and that means judging between the right and the wrong, and undoing the wrongs of the world. The helpless babe of Bethlehem doesn't stay small and helpless; he becomes the one to whom all authority and judgment are committed. The world will be judged and corrected by the word and standard of Christ. This is very bad news for Pride, Greed, Lust, Envy, Cruelty, and all their kind. But it is very, very good news for those whose judge has become their brother
