Nelson Bay is a beautiful and significant township of the Port Stephens, in the Hunter Region of New South Wales, Australia. It is located on a bay of the same name on the southern shore of Port Stephens about 60 kilometres north-east of Newcastle - the largest non capital city of Australia. This picturesque bay are is so much popular for whale and Dolphin watching as well as other water recreational activities such as diving, surfing, fishing etc. There are few dolphin watching cruises operating in the area, but we choose Moonshadow cruises. And the experience was amazing with friendly crew and facilities. Most of all we saw lots of dolphins and penguins too. I give 5star ratings.
