Mini Excavator Auger attachment plate.

Hey guys, Well the torch is slowly being passed. My son is taking the lead on this one. He is still a little inexperienced but is making good headway. Todays project consists of making an attachment plate for a mini excavator. The customer is going to use this for attaching a hydraulic run auger motor. He (customer) will weld the lower eyelet or attachment point. Our job is to weld the ears onto the main plate. I figured it was a good opportunity for my son to practice his stick welding skills since this part will not take too much stress or heavy load.
