Ruled by both Neptune the modern ruler (positively this is idealism, negatively this is escapism) & Jupiter the ancient ruler. Neptune is the higher octave of Venus bringing this love into a higher state of consciousness & wants to exist in bliss & peace. It seeks spirituality but also susceptibility to drugs, dreams & delusions served up with a dose of foggy idealism to susceptible folks. Along with Jupiter (positively this is optimism, negatively this is extravagance), the ancient ruler. In Pisces the intuitive mind is dissolved into the water of feelings.
