Amid controversy over the definition of poverty, Planning Commission Deputy Chairman Montek Singh Ahluwalia and Rural Development Minister Jairam Ramesh on Monday (October 3) clarified over the issue saying that the Poverty line as presented to Supreme Court does not represent Planning Commission's views but of a committee.
