The perfect preserve for game birds, holiday tables, scones or muffins- lowbush cranberry (lingonberry) is our favorite! We forage these after the first frost, then make them into a simple, old fashioned jam with just berries, honey, lemon, and water. Super simple + beginner friendly canning, these make great gifts for the holidays and perfect toppings for wild hens.
