Here it is my final remix before I take a mini break until Halloween. It’s been such a rewarding experience sharing these tracks with you all since the beginning of May. What started as a personal challenge to stay creative and consistent turned into something much bigger thanks to the support, encouragement, and excitement from everyone who’s been tuning in week after week. Whether you’re a longtime Pokémon fan, a fellow music lover, or just stumbled across one of the remixes along the way thank you for being here. This week’s track is a remix of the National Park theme from Pokémon Gold, Silver, and Crystal a piece of music that holds a special place in my heart. As a kid, I’d spend hours just wandering around in-game, doing absolutely nothing except listening to this theme loop while the bright DS screen lit up my face. It was peaceful, mysterious, and somehow full of wonder all at once. It’s right up there with Dragonspiral Tower in terms of themes that made me pause and just soak it all in. I always knew I wanted to remix this one someday but it took a while to get it feeling right. This version leans into the traditional Poke&Remix battle approach expect hard-hitting amen breaks, dreamy textures, and a bit of that bittersweet, nostalgic energy. While this will be the last weekly upload for a little while, I’m not disappearing! I’ve got two special remixes coming up before the year ends one to celebrate the 20th anniversary of Pokémon Emerald, and one Halloween-themed track to keep things spooky and fun. I can’t wait to share those with you when the time comes. Until then, I hope this final track holds you over and brings back some of those quiet, magical moments from your own Pokémon journeys.
