We support DJs and producers by showcasing their musical vision through videos and releasing their music. I Gemin is a Samara-based producer and DJ whose approach to house music has been shaped by club culture, radio work, and long-term studio practice. Active since the mid-1990s, he began as a DJ during the rise of rave culture before moving into production and broadcast work in the early 2000s. He was involved in the production side of Station 2000, Russia’s first radio station dedicated entirely to electronic dance music, contributing to jingles, shows, and original material. Alongside this, he developed the project Allovers, releasing music on labels including King Street Sounds, Peppermint Jam, and Jalapeño, and collaborating with artists such as Lisa Shaw, Stee Downes, Kraak & Smaak, Calvin Lynch, and Dawn Tallman. Since 2014, I Gemin has focused on his solo work, built around sampling-based production and a restrained, detail-oriented take on what he describes as intelligent house.
