Pro-Russian fugitive oligarch: Moldova's neutrality 'only way to survive' | Conflict Zone

Fugitive oligarch Ilan Shor fled Moldova in 2019 to evade corruption charges and in April 2023, after a failed appeal, was sentenced in absentia to 15 years in jail. He says his trial was politically motivated.
