The Citadel, also known as Cittadella or Il-Kastell, is a historic fortified city located in the heart of Victoria, Gozo, Malta. It has been inhabited since the Bronze Age and was an important fortified location during the Knights of Malta era. The Citadel features fortifications dating back to the 17th century, with some parts dating back to the 15th century. It offers panoramic views of Gozo's landscape and the sea.
