My wife and I both do it separate from each other. We also do a walk-around at every stop before getting into the truck to pull away. Rest stops, fuel ups, food, potty, shopping, etc. It takes just a minute or so and saves us heartache- many years ago, I found the pin for my pop-up was missing like someone had pulled it while we were in a store.
