In this full body yoga class, we move with steadiness and awareness, inviting strength and softness to coexist. This practice offers a balanced Hatha flow to awaken the entire body — grounding through the legs, opening the hips and heart, strengthening the core, and creating spaciousness in the shoulders and spine. The intention is not performance, but presence. At the end of our movement practice, we transition into gentle pranayama. Through conscious breathing, we regulate the nervous system, refine our attention, and prepare the mind for meditation. Breath becomes the bridge — from effort to ease, from movement to stillness. This class is suitable for all levels. Move at your own pace, rest when needed, and honor your body. Mahālīla, “the great play,” is a space where yoga becomes a path of self-knowledge. We share weekly yoga classes, meditations, and teachings on mantras, Vedānta, and Sanskrit. We also offer free weekly classes here on YouTube.
