Comparing the Klein Tools VDV500-063 cable Tracer and Probe to the Fluke Network Intellitone MT-200 Cable Tracer and Probe. The cable is a Cat6 Riser ran through the crawl space attic of my house. The tone is barely found on the other end of the cable. Fluke Networks Intellitone Pro 200 - $297 https://a.co/d/3ONHZu5 With the Fluke Networks Toner and Probe on the other hand I was able to locate my cable easily, and even test it without having to walk back and switch to a cable tester. It also works on live cable already plugged into a switch. You sure get what you pay for. I am a Computer and Networking Technician with nearly 20 years of experience.
