For the 2018 model year, KTM released the fuel and oil injected two strokes. It's called Transfer Port Injection (TPI). They were the first major manufacturer to produce this on a production dirt bike. With the 2022 models just around the corner, it marks 5 years of TPI bikes. Ever since their inception, all sort of myths have flown around the internet, and many people have been scared to purchase this so called "un-proven" technology. Because I've owned nearly 15 of these bikes and ridden more than two dozen of them, it's time to help set the record straight.
