Prescott Talks: Interview with Bonnie McMinn and Ralph Hess about Proposition 484

The Publisher of Prescott eNews, David Stringer, discusses Proposition 484 with Bonnie McMinn and Ralph Hess, the two people who are bringing this to the voters. The city of Prescott currently owns 26 parcels that are considered open space, but only three are protected in the City Charter, Watson Lake, Willow Lake, and Acker Park. Proposition 484 will place all the parcels in the Charter. The parcels can be used for other uses, but if a city council wants to sell one of the parcels, it will have to go before the voters.
