I know that life as a student in USA can be very daunting and full of struggle. On top of that we are so young, facing the problems that can be overwhelming at this age and carrying responsibilities that cannot be overlooked. I am also a Nepali student studying in the USA and I am in my second semester at Arkansas State University. In these 5 months, I have learned a lot about myself and the world. I have definitely not faced the challenges that some students do face here due to hard financial status but I also had my own issues. In this video, I have shared how to challenge and overcome self-doubts that arise in our minds regarding our capabilities and self-worth.
